If you need to return an item please read the following information.  We will gladly accept returns of any items within 30 days from the date of purchase. A restocking fee may apply for some products.

ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

  • The product was purchased within the last 30 days
  • The product is not opened, used, or damaged.

If you have an item that is eligible for a return, please do not ship or send the product to us without an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). To start your return please submit your RMA form below. We will notify you as soon as your return is approved with additional information.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping,

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

SALE / CUSTOM ITEMS

Unfortunately, sale items and custom items cannot be refunded. Only regular-priced stock items can be refunded.
